With the clocks going forwards in March, there’s even more daylight to make the most of, so we asked Harry to help us to maximise our precious time outdoors with some moves guaranteed to put some colour in your cheeks and a smile on your lips!
The exercise breakdown:
Sets 1-3:
- Sprint 50m
- Jog or walk back
- 10 squats
- 10 half burpees
- 10 push ups
- 60 seconds rest in between each exercise
- Repeat three times
Sets 4-6:
- Sprint 50m
- Walk back
- 10 reverse lunges
- 10 crunches
- 10 high planks with shoulder taps
- 60 seconds rest in between each exercise
