We asked lifestyle content creator Jess Valentine to share her morning routine, how she became interested in gut health and how she supports both her mental and physical health.
How did you hear about Symprove and how long have you been taking it? From following people on Instagram who have taken it for years. I was always so intrigued and after seeing people rave about it, I had to try it for myself.
What motivated you to get involved with Symprove?
My husband got the flu and after 3 weeks on antibiotics I bought him Symprove to quickly replenish the good gut bacteria and ended up taking it myself too.
What does your morning routine look like?
Get up, take Symprove and walk my dog in the park. If I'm having a really productive morning it'll also include a smoothie and a workout.
Where did your interest in gut health start?
When I listened to a podcast that discussed the gut being like a second brain that plays a key role in diseases and our mental health. Hearing how important it is to have good gut health to support the immune system, get good sleep and improve moods was a no brainer for me to start supporting my gut health.
Top tips for looking after physical health?
Move every single day. Whether that be a walk in the park, going to the gym or walking to your destination instead of taking the bus or tube.
And your mental health?
Getting outdoors for fresh air every day, exercise and good communication.
Why should people care about Symprove?
It's important to prioritise gut health especially after the last couple of years, our immune system needs all the support it can get.
Original or Mango & Passion Fruit?
Mango and Passion Fruit always!
Sip, slurp, shot or swig from the bottle?
I'm a sipper. Three gulps and it's down.
Describe Symprove in 3 words…
Easiest daily health habit (sorry that was four!)
