Ingredients

1 ripe avocado, stone removed
4 medjool dates, stones removed
100g frozen blueberries
375ml oat milk
1 tablespoon porridge oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Optional: 1 ripe banana (makes it a little sweeter)

Method

Simply place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy. Enjoy immediately.
