Looking for a speedy breakfast option? Look no further than these everyday oats which you can top with your favourite plant points.

These oats are your perfect go-to for busy mornings. They’re hearty, delicious, and endlessly versatile.  

Ingredients for 2 

100g jumbo oats
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
2 tablespoons of coconut yoghurt (or any plant-based yoghurt)
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
300ml almond milk (adjust the amount depending on how thick or runny you like your oats)
Drizzle of maple syrup (optional)

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly distributed. Let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes, allowing the oats to soften and the chia seeds to expand.

Finish with your favourite toppings – more peanut butter, toasted nuts, fresh berries, sliced banana and toasted coconut chips are all delicious!
