It’s been quite the year for Team Symprove. We wanted to take a moment to say a big thank you for all your support this year and call out some highlights. You ready to dive in?
We told you to forget the health fads, trust the science
So we started the year teaming up with Lisa Snowdon to bring you the hottest wellness trends for 2023, including anal crystals, bowel counsellors and gut candles! Highlighting that January is always full of health fads, and that we’ll only ever share gut tips that are backed by science.
Our new makeover was unveiled
In March we revealed what we’d been working on behind the scenes for several months, bringing you our new brand identity. We developed a more modern, cleaner look setting us apart, reflecting our brand purpose and character.
We got to read lots of Symprove stories
The legendary Alexandra Burke appeared on This Morning and Sky News this year, sharing her Symprove story and why she calls Symprove her “life-changing friend.”
Olympic champion and presenter Dame Denise Lewis invited us into her gorgeous home to film her morning routine. We learnt why she’s obsessed with her daily shot, how routine is everything to her and got to meet the star of the show, her dog Bailey.
We welcomed actress and producer Suranne Jones to the Symprove family as our newest ambassador. Suranne shared her morning routine with us and sat down with The Telegraph sharing a Symprove shoutout.
Special shoutout to Em Clarkson for creating the Tube Girl and Symprove content we didn’t know we needed until we saw it. What a collaboration.
And how could we not mention our good gut gathering where Denise Lewis, Millie Mackintosh, Anna Whitehouse, Emilie McMeekan, and Ella Mills spoke about the importance of Symprove for them. You can watch what they had to say here.
And thanks to our experts, fans and ambassadors, we also got to create a load of engaging content
We’ve shared some incredible content from our team of experts that really resonated with you. Dietitian Laura Tilt shared 5 toilet tweaks to help you poo like pro, Anna Mathur gave us some takeaways on how to create good habits that last and Dr Dawn Harper explained what the menopause has to do with your gut.
In case you missed it, and it’s ideal for this time of the year, dig into the 15 things you need to know about immune health from Dr Jenna Macciochi.
We had a busy year, and produced a lot of bottles of Symprove for you all
Our fermentation and bottling teams have been hard at work, producing record amounts of Symprove this year which has seen us to double Team Symprove. We couldn’t do it without every single one of you.
Community is at the heart of what we do here at Symprove
And our Symprove Supporters community over on Facebook is continuing to bring us joy and keeps on growing. Our Facebook community is almost at a whopping 12,000 members now. If you’re looking for a place to join to hear more about Symprove, ask questions about other member’s experiences or if you are just curious to know more about gut health, you need to join our Symprove Supporters. Trust me, this is a community you want to be part of, so if you haven't already, now’s the time to join.
You said “make a product we can travel with”
We heard your calls for making travelling with Symprove easier and launched On The Go to our subscribers. Now, you can travel worry-free with us in your pocket. And if you’ve already ordered, we would love to see your pictures of Symprove On the Go on Instagram, so do tag us @symproveyourlife #SymproveOnTheGo.
Have you woken up to the difference yet?
Finally, we know you're all here because you have woken up to our difference, but have you spotted our new campaign? We’ve proudly put our powerful solution front and centre in the coolest teal kitchen you’ve ever seen. You might even spot this on bigger screens in the New Year...
Here’s to a merry Christmas and an even better 2024... there’s so much more to come.
